From humble beginnings to the status of an internationally renowned supplier.
«ATS-Tanner Banding System Inc.» has been present in Canada since 2005. We have established ourselves quickly as reliable partners and innovative problem solvers for many customer projects. You will find us in Canada's leading print-, food-, pharmaceutical- and manufacturing industries.
The story of our group goes back to 1983, when Alois Tanner founded a commercial enterprise in Switzerland. In 1988 the first company to include the abbreviation ATS in its name was established: ATS Automatic Taping Systems AG.
In the early 90s the US-2000 banding machine with the revolutionary ultra-sonic welding system for sealing was developed and produced in house. Since then, the success of this product-protecting packaging technology has become unstoppable. Proof is the gradual international expansion of the ATS-Tanner Group via subsidiaries (2001: the Netherlands, 2005: Canada and Spain, 2010: France) and agents.
