The envelopes should be sorted according to zip code, stacked and bundled to achieve a reasonably priced mailing.

SOLUTION
Subsequently to the envelope inserting system the fully automatic US-2000 CSTA-HL takes over the individual envelopes, already sorted according to zip code, and stacks them.

The stack is banded, pushed onto the conveyor belt and is ready for mailing.
